As a FMCG Sales Executive, you will manage both the demand and supply sides of the business and sales order. You will also ensure all the best prices and choices are showcased on the app to the customers. You will own P&L (profit and loss account) and constantly drive value to your Yavatmal customers.
What you will do – Job Role:
- You will drive marketplace growth in Yavatmal of relevant categories, keeping in mind the consumer and the competition
- You will own the P&L (profit and loss) statement for the relevant categories in alignment with business goals
- You will be responsible for revenue targets as well as gross margins
- You will identify broader trends and fill in category gaps
- You will coordinate with marketing, supply chain, business development, sales and other functions of the organisation
- You will drive visibility plans, promotion plans, and coordinate between the internal marketing teams of Yavatmal and that of users.
What you will need:
- Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree and above
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing – FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retails store etc
- Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving (basically we are looking at hustlers!)
- Ability to multitask, think critically and execute tactically
- Have a proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems.
- Ready to travel in Yavatmal, to introduce maximum about organization business function.
